Diversity is relatively a broad concept and embraces areas including (but not limited to) race, culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, migrants, care givers, differently abled (including physical, communication and learning) persons, spirituality, and underserved or marginalized populations. Diversity also extends to the wide variety of settings in which care takes place and the multidisciplinary nature of professional practice. The journal caters to a wide section of the readers comprising medical practitioners, healthcare providers, teaching and practicing institutions, research agencies, policy makers, NGOs and students. The journal offers an open access platform for the authors to show case their research findings and provides free access to the published material to all. The journal invites original research as research articles, review articles, case studies, editorials and short communication for this online publication.
